Getting introduced to a huge new audience is a critical opportunity to start a dialogue with potential customers, but forging that relationship requires steps subsequent to that introduction. ActualTech Media’s Discovery Days webinar event provide you with the opportunity to meet potential customers and start those immediate conversations that are so critical to conversion to actual customer.

In this unique event, our clients are provided with two distinct opportunities to engage with an enthusiastic audience eager to discover IT solutions that solve critical business and technology challenges. Spread across three days, you will have these two engagement opportunities:

  • Day 1 (December 15). Awareness Day. In a 12-minute segment, raise awareness of your product, service, or solution and provide a “hook” intended to pique audience interest. At the end of your presentation, we will ask the audience a simple poll question: "Would you like to register for this vendor’s deep dive session taking place tomorrow (or Thursday)?" For those that respond affirmatively, we will auto-register them into a Day 2 event.
  • Day 2 (December 16 or 17). Deep Dive Day. Essentially a built-in nurture, you will be provided with a 25-minute dedicated nurturing webinar that’s just you! No other vendors will be present during your webinar event. Your Deep Dive segment can be deep dive on your technology, a demonstration, an in-depth Q&A from the previous day, or whatever follow up you feel would be most appropriate.

Summary:

  • ActualTech Media will provide a minimum of 1,000 leads for Day 1.
  • We will automatically register for your Day 2 events those audience members that indicate that they would like to attend your Day 2 Deep Dive session.
  • We will provide you with a unique URL that you can use to invite people from your own database to this Day 2 nurturing webinar.
  • We will track on-demand views for the Day 2 events through mid-January and provide that information to you to help improve your overall results. Since not everyone will be able to attend every Day 2 session, we'll do a push to get more eyes on your Day 2 webinar and make sure you are aware of who attended live and who watched on demand
